REPORTS this morning confirm that Lewis Morgan will undergo his Celtic medical as early as TODAY as the player looks to complete his move to the Scottish Champions.
Lewis, who has made no secret he will return back to St Mirren on-loan for the rest of the season is said to be excited at becoming a Celtic Player.
The midfielder has bagged three goals in his last two games for his current club and they see his presence for the second half of the season as pivotal to their promotion push.
Celtic are willing to let that happen and have the player come in properly in the summer as part of Brendan Rodgers summer recruitment.
Celtic fans are excited about the prospect of having Lewis on board but are a little worried it will be the second signing of this window which will in no way benefit Celtic’s Europa League push, with Marvin Compper also ruled out of that game due to be ineligible.
Celtic have identified more targets as they look to have players in place this month to freshen up their jaded squad.
