SUNSPORT reported the potential leak of Celtic’s first away jersey potentially under Adidas. However, had they done their homework, they’d have found out this was yet another well put together fan concept design posted on social media.
Since the news from Footy Headlines back on Christmas Eve 2019, Celtic fans have been drooling at the prospect of Adidas becoming the kit manufacturer, replacing New Balance.
However, as we sit in March, there’s still no sign of the deal being announced even though we know the current New Balance deal concludes at the end of the season.
Here is the concept design, SunSport were trying to pass off as a ‘leaked’ jersey.

As we say, it’s a very well put together concept kit derived from an old 80s away kit.
If Celtic do finalise a deal with Adidas, hopefully they’ve been watching Celtic social media! Some of the designs coming to fruition could see record sales.
