‘Meant to be’ – Felipe Jota Reveals Celtic Coincidence

FELIPE JOTA spoke to CeltsAreHere.com this afternoon as he gets prepared to make his Celtic bow as early as this weekend.

The player sat on a zoom press conference with fan media and came across very well.

Hamish from 67HH asked the midfielder if he’d been to any of the games between the two sides and he confirmed he attended one back when he was around 11.

After the game, he recalled meeting Celtic fans walking from the ground and ended up swapping scarves with one of them.

We will have the full press conference up later on our Youtube channel for those interested.

Jota is likely to be deployed on the left hand side of midfield but could play a number 10 role at times depending on who’s available.

Given Celtic are very short on the left-hand side, it’s clear he’ll start out their for the Hoops at first.

Mikey Johnston coming back from injury and staying fit means we should have options in the near future.
