Celtic ran out deserved 6-0 winners over Aberdeen on Sunday afternoon. Several Bhoys got on the scoresheet in the victory in which the Hoops played some eye-catching football.
Luis Palma, Yang, Kyogo, David Turnbull, and Oh all added to their tallies for the season. It is midfielder Matt O’Riley, though, who has recently hit out with praise for one of his teammates.
The midfielder registered two assists in the trouncing of the Dons, and after it, highly praised his teammate Kyogo. He said (Daily Record): “He’s a nice man! Me and him have a really good relationship on the pitch and I think probably 70 percent of the assists for Celtic have been for him. That shows how good he is to play with and how easy it is to play with him.”

In green and white, Kyogo has scored 63 goals in little over 100 appearances. He and O’Riley have built up a congenial partnership that as time goes on, is continually developing.
Having two players of a top level who know each other as well as Kyogo and O’Riley do is only beneficial for Celtic, and the Danish internationalist thinks his teammates should be utilising the services of the striker more. He said: “His movement’s top class. I actually think we need to use his runs a little bit more because his movement’s so good. He deserves the ball to be given to him because he works hard to create the space for himself.”
Along with Luis Palma, Kyogo and O’Riley have been two of Celtic’s best assets so far this season. Their form has been sensational.
It will be hoped by Brendan Rodgers that their relationship can only grow as the campaign transpires. Such a happening would only be of benefit to Celtic.
