Celtic-linked Mathias Kvistgaarden has dropped a hint about his Brøndby future ahead of the summer transfer window.
With Celtic consistently linked with Kvistgaarden and reportedly failing to sign him in January despite making an approach, the Danish striker has been rumoured to be on Celtic’s transfer list for a number of transfer windows.

He said: (sport.tv2), “It could be soon. There will be a transfer window this summer, which will be very exciting. But we’ll have to see what happens.
“I hope the right thing happens at the right time. I’m in a good place.
“I’ve gone from being a young boy to being more experienced, and I’m really happy about that.
“I’ve played over 100 games for this fantastic club, so there’s some experience that comes with it, that I don’t have to be the young player who comes in and gives it the hell all the time.”

With it likely that Celtic will make a move in the summer, it will likely be for less than that amount.
Kvistgaarden has undoubtedly proven himself in his homeland for Brøndby, but if he does come to Celtic, he will face immense pressure, the likes of which he hasn’t dealt with in his career. It’s an atmosphere where some thrive and some falter. However, it’s clear that he feels like he has done almost everything he can at Brøndby at 22.
