FORMER CELTIC MANAGER Martin O’Neill could be set to return to the dugout until the summer.

Leicester City are reportedly looking to bring back Martin O’Neill for a shock return to the dugout. The Foxes are in need of a new manager after sacking Brendan Rodgers following their 2–1 defeat at Crystal Palace, which saw them slip into the relegation zone.
The move could see one former Celtic boss replace another.
Leicester attempted to hire former Chelsea and Brighton boss Graham Potter but he declined the offer, preferring to take a break from management.
O‘Neill has been identified as a potential replacement, with the Independent reporting that the 71–year–old could mirror Roy Hodgson‘s return to Crystal Palace and help the Foxes avoid relegation.
O’Neill had a successful five–year stint at Celtic before returning south to manage Aston Villa. He also had a brief spell at Nottingham Forest in 2019, where he had great success as a player.
