CHRIS DAVIES has given the Celtic fans a major update on returning stars and how soon they might be back in the side.

The Celtic assistant manager had good news on the Patrick Roberts front, with the player returning to full training with the squad.

However, while he didn’t say Rogic would not play against Zenit, the fact he’s saying the Australian is a week or so away from getting game time surely means he’ll take a back seat on Thursday.

Elsewhere, there’s no further news on Griffiths and Armstrong and both are still out for the forseeable.
