Major Injury Boost – Celtic Star Makes Quick Return Ahead of Hearts Tie

Celtic have been given a major boost ahead of this afternoon’s game against Hearts with the news Olivier Ntcham should be back in the squad after missing the midweek game versus Dundee.

The Frenchman had to come off at halftime during Celtic’s Murrayfield win over Hearts last Sunday but has recovered well in the six days since.

Jozo Simunovic, Cristian Gamboa, Scott Brown and Leigh Griffiths are all still on the sideline with injuries.

The other big news is Boyata looks likely to start after coming off with cramp at Dundee as a precaution. The Belgium star has struck up a solid partnership with Benkovic and it is probably Celtic’s best defensive pairing.

Yousouff Mulumbu is back in training but it looks like today’s game comes too soon for the former Kilmarnock man.

Celtic are looking strong and have scored 15 goals in their last three SPFL games.

Hopefully more to come today.
