Major Celtic Park Flashpoint Had Fans Very Worried

CELTIC FANS held their breath on Sunday afternoon when Joe Hart calmly collected the ball from a cross only for him to be smashed to the ground with the ball firmly in his hands.

After the collision with Christian Ramirez, the Englishman didn’t get back up.

Instead, the game was paused for around four minutes as Joe received attention from the Celtic physio. The goalkeeper got to his feet in the first instance, but then went back down, much to the dismay of the crowd.

Scott Bain started to get warmed up on the touchline and it looked like Joe’s day was over.

It appeared as if the collision had hit a nerve. When Joe got back to his feet the second time, you could see him trying to get the feeling back in all his extremities.

He stretched a bit before signalling to the bench he could continue. It was a relief to fans who know there’s a massive drop off between Joe Hart and any other goalkeeper on Celtic’s books.

The Englishman did his bit to ensure the three points came Celtic’s way and there doesn’t seem to be any lasting effects.
