Numerous Celtic stars are on their travels amid the winter break in Scottish football. The Bhoys have had a solid start to the season, and deserve their downtime.
Liel Abada is back in his homeland spending time with his old teammate Nir Bitton although his fellow winger has elected to head to a more bizarre place.
Indeed Luis Palma is in Iceland. While most of his teammates appear to be sunning it up away from the winter cold of Scotland, Luis has decided to head somewhere even colder! The Honduran internationalist has posted several photos on his Instagram story of his travels:

Iceland in the winter is an idyllic country, Palma seems to be enjoying himself. The wide man has played non-stop football since signing from Aris Thessaloniki in the summer and is deserving of his break.

As a whole, the squad need their downtime, particularly after the amount of football they have played in the opening half of the season. There is colossal demand put on the bodies of footballers and it is critical they get time themselves to rest and reflect.
The second half of the campaign is crucial, and the current period of rest will allow the Celts to come back feeling refreshed and ready to go.
