Luis Palma made his return from a month-long injury lay-off yesterday, playing the last 20 minutes of Celtic’s dominant 3-0 win over St. Mirren.
The winger saw a lot of the ball on the left-hand side, making some positive combinations with the likes of Greg Taylor and James Forrest.

After the game, he posted on Instagram. The Honduran captioned a few pictures from his cameo with a message in Spanish which translates to ‘It’s good to be back in Paradise’:

Palma’s return from injury is timely. With Daizen Maeda’s season all but over, the 24-year-old has been presented with a convenient opportunity to get a run in the team.
Yang did start yesterday in the absence of the mercurial Japanese frontman, but he flattered to deceive.
The South Korean was ineffective but given his numbers this season, Palma has been anything but that.
His style of play may frustrate some, but 18 goal contributions in 31 games is a respectable record. Brendan Rodgers will be hoping he can add to said tally before the end of the season and help fire the Bhoys to title glory.
