MANY Celtic fans were worried after hearing reports that winger Luis Palma had picked up an injury in training while away on international duty.
Celtic currently have a few injuries to their wings, with Palma’s injury further depleting the areas of the pitch.
However, the player, who’s made quite the start to life at Celtic, started for Honduras last night, showing that his injury was not as bad as initially thought.

Honduras lost 2-0 to Mexico, with Luis Palma playing 98 minutes of the match. Mexico then went on to win on penalties.
Palma is suspended for Celtic’s trip to Rome in a week or so, with Yang and Forrest the likely starters on the wing. He picked up two bookings in Celtic’s group stage games so far, both which could have easily been avoided, it has to be said.
He’s made a great start to life at Celtic, he just needs to maintain his levels while improving in other parts of his game.
