ANGE POSTECOGLOU has joked that he is a “lucky man” to have Aaron Mooy in his team, after he inspired them to a 2-0 win over Dundee United.

Postecoglou, who has previously coached Mooy for the national team, praised the midfielder for his five goals in seven games.
Failing to forget about the Ibrox boss’ remarks that the Aussie manager was “lucky” he quipped that Mooy just fell into his lap last summer. Postecoglou said he knew exactly what he was getting when he signed Mooy for free in the summer, and that he was the least surprised by Aussie’s performance.
Ange Postecoglou said: [Daily Record]
“He (Mooy) has been great since the break. I am the least surprised about that.
“It’s one of these things in football that it literally landed at my doorstep. I knew what I was getting. Maybe you can use that term: I’m a lucky man.”
Ange Postecoglou is extremely switched on like that. Beale will regret voicing his opinion on the Celtic manager.
Mooy’s Celtic rise began after the World Cup, just off the back of an impressive campaign with his national side. He’s scored his first goals in green and white and has displaced Matt O’Riley from the team.
Mooy was certainly one of Celtic’s greatest signings in the summer.
