‘Love this club’ – Matt O’Riley’s Late Night Celtic Post

Matt O’Riley had the audacity to Panenka Jack Butland at Ibrox on Sunday with no away fans in attendance.

The Danish international and his teammates were so unlucky not to leave the place with three points.

The game ended 3-3, and while most Celtic fans would’ve taken a point before the game, however, leading 2-0 at half time means it feels like an opportunity missed.

The Celtic manager said himself that they wanted to leave Ibrox with their destiny in their own hands and that’s what they managed to do.

On Sunday night, Matt O’Riley took to social media with a defiant message with six games to go in the title race; Love this club, Love these guys, we’ll keep going until the end’

That’s all Celtic fans ask. Give everything to the end, leave nothing in the field and we’ll see where it takes us.

People had Celtic written off at Ibrox before the game kicked off. In reality, it took the softest of penalties and a late goal from the home side to retrieve a point. While we should discount the fact they battled back, we can take heart from the fact we walked into their ground, with no away fans and had them constantly chasing the game.

Celtic Park after the split will be interesting.
