Live Match Reaction: Celtic Suffer Early Blow

CELTIC’s game plan in Dingwall was thrown a curveball at the start of the game when Greg Taylor went down injured.

The left-back has been enjoying an extended run in the side after winning his place back from Milan loanee, Diego Laxalt.

Unfortunately, for the Scotland international, his night was over before it really began.

It will be a concern for the Celtic manager going forward. Diego has not been the best since coming in and has veered off significantly from his initial performances.

Taylor looked very uncomfortable as he left the pitch. We’re holding our breath and hoping he’s ok for the rest of the season. Some fans don’t see it but I believe Taylor has improved this season.

It’s been a massive learning curve for the former Killie star, but he is a better player than when he first came into the club. That’s natural given the step up and the people he’s playing around.

Diego Laxalt has an opportunity to perhaps change some supporters minds.
