MICHAEL STEWART has gone in hard on The Rangers media spin doctor and the dangerous nature of how he goes about his business.
Stewart is rightly upset, given that last week he was accused of being part of the reason why somebody had been ‘tampering ‘with Alfredo Morelos’s car. Stewart was perplexed by the accusation and was rightly asking who fed the Daily Record the line about his car being tampered with. This story led to a full meltdown on social media with a lot of deranged Gers fans using the word attempted murder.
It transpired the guy who was chased away from the Ibrox striker’s car was someone hired by his wife to track him according to the Sunday Mail.
Stewart questioned why an interview with Alfredo Morelos was then set up with Sky Sports on Friday, knowing the story which was dropping on Sunday. The interview then gets dropped in while everyone is on a climb down from their attempted murder rants or just ignoring they ever said it.
This impacts on Celtic fans and people in the media that dare question the Ibrox sequence of events. Celtic fans have been accused of racism with no evidence to suggest it was the case. Stewart rightly says there’s no place for racism and if evidence is their of any racist behaviour happening then it should be 100% dealt with. Throwing out accusations with absolutely no evidence, driving a dangerous narrative.
