One name that has been consistently linked with Celtic since January is Lennon Miller, the 18-year-old Motherwell sensation. The youngster has already become a key figure at Fir Park, captaining the side on occasion and attracting interest from multiple clubs.
Celtic made contact with Motherwell about the player in January but chose not to properly firm up their interest in the winter window.
Battle for Lennon Miller’s Signature
The Hoops now face a serious challenge in securing his services and will be tested to see how much they really want the player this summer

Union Saint-Gilloise are reportedly preparing a £5 million move, with the long-term plan of transitioning him to their sister club, Brighton. [SunSport] The Seagulls have a track record of spotting and developing young talent before integrating them into the Premier League, making them an attractive option for emerging stars like Miller.
With Motherwell expected to cash in, the competition for his signature is heating up.
Celtic’s squad this summer will be reshaped into Brendan Rodgers’ next iteration. With Greg Taylor out of contract in the summer and Kieran Tierney set to return, the club will likely sell some of the players who have made their mark at the club and look to evolve. Miller could be part of that evolution.
For now, though, it looks like the midfielder could be heading for Belgium before making a Premier League switch if others get their way.
