Celtic’s group stage Euro Rivals Leipzig, have commented on the club and atmosphere of Celtic Park as they wind down 2018.
Even though Celtic ut them out of Europe the club’s social media page was full of praise for Celtic and put the game at Parkhead up there as a memorable moment of 2018.
Leipzig brought their largest ever European travelling support when they visited Celtic Park in November.

The German fans watched on as Celtic won the game 2-1 during a pulsating night at Paradise.
Leipzig looked to have grabbed al ate equaliser that would have all but knocked Celtic out of the competition. However, it only took Celtic 12 seconds from kick off to re-take the lead with Edouard finishing off a great move.
Leipzig bowed out of the competition after conceding a late goal to Rosenborg at home on Matchday mix. The goal making sure Leipzig finished on seven points while Celtic managed nine.
