The BBC Scotland social media team have to be on the wind up as they continue to give baffling summaries of Celtic games.
The Scottish Champions won 4-3 at Tynecastle, during a captivating game that had it all. The bhoys went ahead, then behind, then ahead, then were pegged back to 3-3 before finding the all important winner. It was a Champions display and the bhoys were well worth their victory.
However, the BBC social media team’s description of the game smacks of someone trying to find a caveat as to why Celtic grabbed the win.
Celtic ‘eventually’ triumphed over a ‘depleted’ Hearts. Eh? The BBC want to let it be known Hearts had players missing.

On the face of it, it looks like we’re being pedantic. However, it’s just the latest in a long line of posts trying to find ways of discrediting a Celtic victory. It’s a strange one.
It would be all well and good if Celtic weren’t ‘depleted’ also. We’re missing two of our top players in Jota and Callum McGregor. Not to mention we still don’t have Carl Starfelt or David Turnbull in the squad.
A ‘depleted’ Celtic managed to overcome not just missing those players, but some incredible VAR decisions on the day
