Celtic Colts got a point out of absolutely nowhere this evening against Partick Thistle in the Glasgow Cup.
The bhoys were on course for a defeat when Thistle scored through Niang. However, it was former Ibrox youngster Liam Burt who was back in the hoops and scoring a dramatic late equaliser to give Celtic a share of the points.

It was a tough night for the young Celt’s as the new bhoys still need to really gel together. New signing from Manchester Utd Lee O’Connor captained they side while Karamoko a Dembele, Jonathan Afolabi and Armstrong Oko-Flex leading the line.
It would be the super sub Liam who would finally make the breakthrough, making sure he doesn’t go unnoticed in the emerging Lennoxtown talent.
Celtic youngsters are looking to give Neil Lennon a headache and follow in the footsteps of Jeremie Frimpong who has come from nowhere to make the first team.
