Kyogo Furuhashi is in sensational form and has kicked the season off having scored six goals in five appearances for Ange Postecoglou’s side.
The Japanese international terrorised the Terrors yesterday with a magnificent hat-trick before the break.
All three goals were magnificent with his second being arguably the pick of the bunch.
The technique to hit the ball without even having to look was quite something and there was no chance the Dundee United keeper was getting anywhere near the ball.
One thing that many noticed throughout the game against Dundee United was the positioning which Kyogo was taking up throughout the matches.

He knew that majority of the time he was taking up and offside position but that the play would eventually catch up with him due to quickness of Celtic’s progression forward with the ball.
Both his first and second goals were prime examples of his awareness to take up these sort of positions.
Kyogo is an extremely intelligent forward and will likely get another load of goals this season with the forward finishing on a total of twenty last season in all competitions.
With the introduction of the semi-automated offside system into the Champions League it will be interesting to see how the 27-year old gets on in the tournament.
