Kyogo Injury Latest

KYOGO was replaced in the game’s opening stages, with winger Liel Abada taking his place.

It was a switch of positions in the front three, with Maeda moving central, Jota moving to the left, and Abada coming on to play down the right.

Maeda scored his goal from through the middle, but Ange Postecoglou is left worried about the position after Kyogo was taken off.

After the match, Kyogo seemed to have his arm in a sling as he walked around the park to join in the post-match celebrations.

Celtic fans are hoping that it’s a precaution, with big games to play in the next few weeks. Broadcaster Viaplay Sports 1 did comment on the injury during the game and claimed it was just a precaution from Ange.

Celtic play Aberdeen at Parkhead in the league next weekend, but many fans are worried about the fixture after that. Kyogo is a top player who could be the difference-maker in the League Cup final against The Rangers.

Hopefully, he’s fit for the 26th of February.
