Incoming Celtic attacker Kyogo Furuhashi has received a fitting send-off by former club Vissel Kobe.
As he prepares to head to Scotland, fans and his teammates were given a chance to say goodbye to the 26-year old in a ceremony which was also streamed live on Youtube late last night.
Former Barcelona great Andres Iniesta played his part, giving his own farewell speech to Furuhashi.
The frontman played his final game for his old club yesterday, scoring in a 1-1 draw.
Many Celtic fans have been left excited with the signing of the Japanese international, who Ange Postecoglou will know well with the time he spent in the country as manager of Yokohama F Marinos.
It has also shown some fans that Ange has been given the reigns to bring in the sort of players he wants, with signings coming from Asia – which is not usually a market we would see the club shopping in regularly.
Fingers crossed, we get to see Furuhashi in action soon.
