As Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers looks to strengthen his squad for the upcoming season, several players are continually linked with moves to Parkhead.
A Joe Hart replacement remains on the agenda, and so too does signing a centre-half. Many pundits have called for Scott McKenna to be brought in, but there have been no concrete links with the Scotland international since January.
One player the Hoops seem to have a genuine interest in this summer, though, is Flavius Daniliuc.

Reports linked the 23-year-old with the Celts last week, but a potential stumbling block existed in the form of RB Salzburg.
Indeed, Daniliuc just spent the season gone by on loan at the Austrian outfit, but it has this morning emerged that they will not be triggering their option to buy him (RecordSport).
The Austrian defender – who is currently at Euro 2024 with his nation – will now return to his parent club Salernitana, but a move to Parkhead has now perhaps been paved for Daniliuc.
His situation remains one to monitor over the coming weeks and months, but the Bhoys’ interest in the former Bayern Munich and Real Madrid kid doesn’t bode well for the likes of Maik Nawrocki and Gustaf Lagerbielke.
