JOZO SIMUNOVIC has gifted his number five jersey to the McNeill family on a day where the defender scored the winner playing with Big Billy’s number on the 67th minute.
In a game which will hold significance to many for years to come the Croatian bagged the winner with a cracking header and immediately pointed to the heavens as if to say ‘that one was for you Billy’.
The official Celtic Twitter page shared the moment between Jozo and Billy’s Wife Liz.

Not usually one for emotions, Simunovic seemed a bit overwhelmed today after he scored, at the final whistle and again in his post-match interview when he received a man of the match award. It is hard to imagine how he felt in among Billy’s family after he paid the ex-captain the ultimate tribute today.
There had been talk of retiring the number five jersey in honour of Cesar, maybe today was a sign that the famous number five shirt should live on to inspire whoever is lucky enough to pull it on.
