Jota in Glasgow; Here We Go

After multiple holidays on what has seemed like a never ending summer, Jota has finally arrived in Glasgow and is set to make his stay in Glasgow a permanent one [Football Scotland].

Celtic supporters have been patiently waiting for weeks on end for this deal to be completed but it looks like it’s all but done.

The winger was instrumental to the teams success last season making 40 appearances for the Hoops scoring 13 goals along with 14 assists.

The club had to show ambition heading into this summer window with the Champions League group stages on the horizon.

With Cameron Carter-Vickers already committing his future to the club along with Daizen Maeda, Benjamin Siegrist and Alexandro Bernabei Celtic aren’t hesitating to do business.

This feeds into what the manager spoke about the other day to make sure the club is continually getting stronger and evolving.

The team will head off to Austria next week and it looks like Jota will be heading off with his teammates as a permanent player.

It’s easy to forget that the Portuguese winger only signed on deadline day last season meaning that the January break was the only real time he got to properly work under the manager due to the demanding fixtures each week.

This will be a tremendous signing to get over the line and would really put everyone at ease but as we’ve learned under Ange. Trust the Process!
