James Forrest has reacted to that amusing Scottish National Team photo that was snapped last week.

As the team checked into their luxurious hotel base, photos circulated online showing players arriving with an array of stylish and expensive luggage. Amidst this, Forrest stood out for his unconventional choice: a black bin bag full of his belongings.

This unusual scene was captured as Forrest reunited with his former Celtic teammate and current Arsenal defender, Kieran Tierney.
The image quickly garnered attention online with fans lapping it up, comparing it to when Kieran Tierney turned up to an Arsenal game with a Tesco carrier bag.
Explaining the reason behind his choice of luggage, Forrest shared with The Daily Mail, “A few folk sent that to me and had said about the French boys all turning up in their designer gear.
“It was just all my boots that were in there, it was easier to carry them in that.
“Then you see the photo of the French boys coming in next to me and KT’s, it’s quite a Scottish photo isn’t it?
“We’ve got no airs and graces, and I think me and KT are probably similar like that with our backgrounds.
“Nothing has really changed for us.”
Forrest had a great end to the season which resulted in a call-up to the 28-man provisional squad and started against Gibraltar the other night. He’ll be hoping to make the cut for the Euros next week.
