Jack Hendry Scores and Puts in MOTM Performance

JACK HENDRY has scored for his loan side Oostende as he continues to impress in the Belgian League.

Hendry has become Oostende’s number one centre-back and is utilising the time he’s getting on the pitch to full effect.

Surplus to requirements at Celtic, Hendry shunned moves in the UK to go further afield and it’s paid off. The Scottish defender getting among the goals tonight and helping the club to another victory. The game against Charleroi ended 3-2.

Hendry is due back at Celtic in the summer. There’s no telling what shape Celtic will be in when the summer transfer window opens. Will Neil Lennon still be in charge?

There is a scenario where a few of the loan players, currently surplus to requirements, could get a second chance if a new man comes into the club.

Right now, all he can do is continue to impress, at least Celtic could get a decent fee for the player if nothing else. Fair play to Jack for making the most of his loan opportunity.
