JACK HENDRY was looking to make a name for himself after completing a permanent move away from Celtic after spending a season on loan with Oostende. He was at the club permanently for a couple of months before transferring to Club Brugge.
Lining up in the Champions League against the front lines of PSG, Man City and RB Leipzig, he was looking to impress at the top level. However, things didn’t go too well for Hendry; falling out of favour and ultimately being forced out the door, with the coaching staff not seeing a future at the club for him.

He’s now in Italy, on the verge of a move to Italian side Cremonese, who have no points after four games in the Serie A. It’s their first season in the top-flight, promoted last season after finishing second. [Glasgow Times]
He’s about to complete a loan deal to the club, contracted in Belgium until 2025, but the Serie A newcomers have an option to buy clause worth £5 million that they can trigger. You’d imagine they’d wait and see his performances and what division they’re playing in next year.
