‘It’s Just Incredible’ – Postecoglou Reveals Celtic Dressing Room Secret

Ange Postecoglou has endured a vastly successful tenure as Celtic manager thus far.

Already, the Australian has overseen two league and league cup victories alike. Four trophies in 22 months isn’t bad although he will be looking to add a fifth next month in the Scottish Cup final.

The football the 57 year old implements has been central to his success thus far however the additions he’s made to the squad have also helped him along the way.

A plethora of new players have been brought to Celtic by Postecoglou and apart from a few, all of them have succeeded.

This prosperity, though, can partly be put down to the way in which the current Hoops squad has embraced new signings.

Postecoglou praised this sense of welcoming within his team (The Scottish Sun):

“But in terms of attitude and character, the way they embrace new players into this football club is outstanding.

“They welcome them as if they are welcoming them into their home.

“It’s just incredible to see guys coming from all over the world, and they feel like they are part of the family literally from the first day they arrive here.”

This is certainly the environment one wants within a football team at any level.

It is great to hear that this is what the Celtic squad is like yet it comes as no surprise.

The squad appear to be a close-knit group off the field which is certainly reflected with their success on it.
