Celtic Park will hopefully be back open for business in some capacity come July and when the club welcomes Preston North End to Glasgow, there will be a very familiar face coming with them.
Scott Sinclair will be back at the place where he helped make history with Brendan Rodgers and his invincible team back in 2017.
Sinclair had three full seasons with the Hoops but was sold in his fourth season under Neil Lennon. The reason for letting him go was to get the Englishman off the wage bill because his contributions to the team were dwindling.
Celtic fans have great memories of Scott who really did excel in his first full Celtic season. Winning player of the year, Sinclair was a joy to watch.
It will be strange seeing the winger come up against Celtic at our home stadium but it will certainly be great to see him. If there is a fan presence in the ground Scott will certainly receive a warm welcome.
