Brendan Rodgers has given fans a brief update on both Leigh Griffiths and Craig Gordon after both came off injured in Celtics win against Hibs.

“The feeling is with Craig is that he’s taken a nasty whack on his knee. That’s not good news there. Griff is frustrated, I think it was his calf. It certainly looks like they’ll miss Tuesday night’s game.“

Brendan believes Craig Gordon will be out for a long period of time with the Goalkeeper having to get a scan. First thoughts are that the goalkeeper has damaged his cruciate ligaments.

Brendan Rodgers also admitted he may have to go sign a goalkeeper before the window closes after loaning our Conor Hazard to Falkirk this week.
