Injury Latest – Has Celtic Star Played His Last Game for Club?

BRENDAN RODGERS has told Celtic fans that Dedryk Boyata will be our for the next couple of weeks which means he is a major doubt for Celtic’s final Europa League game.

The defender suffered a headknock during the League cup final but it was actually a hamstring injury that forced the defender off.

It’s a major blow because Boyata and Benkovic have struck a formidable defensive partnership.

It will now be up to Jozo Simunovic or Kristoffer Ajer to fill the big man’s shoes for the next few weeks.

The games are coming thick and fast for The Bhoys and they have a lot more games to go between now and the winter shut down.

If Boyata doesn’t make it back before the winter break there’s a chance he could have played his last game for the club. With his contract set to expire this summer, the club may have no choice but to cash in on him if a bid comes in for his services in January.
