Injury Blow: Celtic Star Ruled Out for 4-6 Weeks

Celtic have an important run of games coming up after the international break but now they know they will be without first team star James Forrest.

The fixture list has a Glasgow Derby, games against Milan, Prague, Aberdeen and Hibs over three competitions. James will not be a part of the squad for any of these after it was revealed by SunSport the player will be out until late November.

James went off injured against Riga in a Europa League qualifier and has been out since. The bhoys have managed to keep their winning run going in his absence but there’s no doubt he will be a miss in the coming weeks. Some fans may disagree but they would be absolutely wrong.

We wish the player as speedy a recovery as possible. Jeremie Frimpong will likely get an extended run of games but the Celtic manager will have to watch overexposure doesn’t hurt the youngster.
