It was a massive game with Kristoffer Ajer highlighting its importance just days ago but the player and his team-mates were delighted to grab the draw against Sweden in the end after a late collapse so them chasing a game they were comfortably winning.
Goals from Bjoern Maars Johnsen and Joshua King put the Norwegians 2-0 up and cruising but with 20 minutes to go it all fell apart for the home side; A strike from Viktor Claesson followed by a very late double by Robin Quaison looked as if Sweden had managed to knick it at the death.
However, there would be a very late twist and even more drama to come when Ola Kamara would get on the end of a Martin Odegaard cross in the 96th minute to draw level and finish the game 3-3.
The game between Norway and Sweden can be pretty intense and the dying embers of the game showed just how tense it can be.
Mikael Lustig watched from the bench as his team were denied a very late victory after a superb comeback. It’s unknown if Lustig has fully recovered from an injury at the weekend.
