Ange Postecoglou has brought a wealth of success to Celtic in his short time at the club so far and could be on to achieve a domestic treble for the 2022/23 season.
The way the Australian gets his men to play football is as entertaining as it is effective and former Hoops manager Martin O’Neill says Postecoglou is ‘far from’ reaching his Celtic shelf life.
The Northern Irishman said (Daily Record):
“Ange looks to me, from a distance, really happy here.
“He’s on such a run at the moment, regardless of what happens at the weekend, that I think he’d want to continue.
“There’s a shelf life like anything else but Postecoglou has far from reached it. He’s done superbly and hopefully that continues”
Clearly, O’Neill thinks Postecoglou will be at Celtic for the long haul.

He himself stayed at the club for four years which were vastly prosperous.
Many will be hoping Postecoglou can reach the heights O’Neill did by making a European final and the Northern Irishman believes the man currently at the helm at Parkhead will be looking forward to having another shot at the Champions League:
“I’m not speaking for him but I’d be surprised if he did not want to have a real crack at the Champions League next season, to pull Celtic into that sphere.”
For Celtic fans across the globe, European success is always a massive desire.
The club has not had much of it in recent years but with Postecoglou in charge, don’t count Celtic out on the continent.
