Ibrox Gaffer Continues to Push False Celtic Narrative

Celtic have remained unbeaten against their Glasgow rivals this season.

Ange Postecoglou’s men have won twice at Parkhead also winning in the League Cup Final and drawing 2-2 away from home in the league at new year.

The Bhoys have thoroughly dominated The Rangers so far this season. Gers boss Michael Beale took charge of all Glasgow derbies for his side this campaign bar the 4-0 defeat. Despite that he’s kept up with the stance Celtic have been lucky.

Speaking to TalkSport (via Daily Record), Beale said:

“We’ve had rough luck a little bit in the games so far.”

This is a viewpoint the Englishman has kept on with following a few derbies this season in which Celtic have been victorious.

Frankly, it’s inaccurate. In the three games he’s managed the Rangers against Celtic so far, Beale has managed to win zero.

If you play a team three times and can’t win once, this is likely not down to bad luck and rather the other team being better than you.

This has certainly been the case with the majority of Glasgow derbies so far this campaign therefore Beale’s bemoaning opinion appears to be just more pandering or excuses.
