‘I was there’ – Former Celt Recalls Legendary Moment

Yesterday was the 7th anniversary of ‘The Broony’. That infamous moment when Scott Brown scored a peach of a goal then turned to a despondent El Hadj Diouf and raised his arms in triumph.

The Celtic official twitter page put up the GIF yesterday and it caught the eye of former Celtic star Marc Crosas who was only too happy to share.

The 30-year-old left Celtic in 2011 but follows the club to this day. The Spaniard who came in from Barcelona fell in love with the club and fans during his time at Celtic Park.

The midfielder is currently on-loan at Tampico Madero in Mexico from parent club Cruz Azul.
