CELTIC ran out winners in Paisley but it wasn’t all sunshine and roses for the team. The bhoys went a goal down early on and were sluggish. They grew into the game and goals from Shane Duffy and James Forrest put them in the lead before the first half came to an end.
Some players had an off night after Neil Lennon made some changes to the side.
Greg Taylor ended up trending on twitter but it wasn’t because supporters were praising the Celtic defender. There was a sizeable number of tweets frustrated with Taylor’s performance on the night.
Celtic should refund 10p of the season ticket every time Greg Taylor passes it backwards

Greg Taylor is a LB that doesn’t want to overlap, he just wants to sit n defend…..
But we continue to try n use him as a LWB🤷🏼♂️ he never attacks the line.
It’s touch, pass inside or backwards! If he crosses it’s from a standing position after receiving the ball.
We need a LWB🍀— TheHoops🍀🏴🇮🇹 (@67_Celtic_1888) September 16, 2020
Seriously, apart from 20 minutes in Perth last season, Greg Taylor has been hopeless for us.

Greg Taylor’s giving me the fear

That was just a taste of some of the negativity.
Greg isn’t a left wing-back and doesn’t fit naturally into Neil Lennon’s system, there is a part of the fanbase who do look for someone to pick on from time to time.
Greg didn’t look comfortable but his performance has been wildly exaggerated.
