ANGE POSTECOGLOU has announced that he will not be tuning in to Sky Sports Main Event to watch The Rangers’ trip to Dens Park on Sunday.
The manager had just witnessed his side demolish Ross County at home, which extended Celtic’s lead at the top to six points.
The result now applies pressure on Van Bronckhorst’s men, who need nothing but a win to stay in touching distance of the first spot. If they drop points, they will have to rely on other teams to do them a favour, with Celtic’s goal difference effectively acting as a point.
As quoted by Clyde 1, Postecoglou told journalists at his post-match press conference he has no plans to tune into the match;
“My Sunday’s are dictated by my wife and kids, mate.
“Depending if Sing 2 is on the TV or something I’ll probably have to fight for the remote.”
The next game for Celtic is at Ibrox after the international break. A win would certainly help the side in the hunt regain their title. However, holding the advantage at the top means that if they do drop points, it’s not the end of the world for the side.
