Henrik Larsson Makes Surprising Scottish Football Admission

HENRIK LARSSON hasn’t ruled out a return to Scotland in the future to resume his managerial career if the right opportunity came up.

The Swede hasn’t had the best of luck in his managerial career to date but still has ambitions of being a good manager down the line.

Asked if he would be interested in returning to Scotland to take on a role here, the Celtic legend was surprisingly all for it:

“I would love to go there.” Henrik told SunSport. I had seven years in Scotland and loved it.

“I know the culture and played in Scotland for a long time during my career. I like the culture and I like the way people love the game and what it means to them.”

Whenever the Celtic managerial job has come up in the last six or seven years, Henrik is always linked with the Parkhead hot seat.

I don’t know about anyone else, given his inexperience as a coach – it would give me a certain amount of anxiety to have Henrik as Celtic manager.

If it went badly, it could skew his legendary status for many fans who never got to see him play.
