HEARTS have released a statement this morning confirming Celtic will not be giving their fans an away allocation for Sunday’s League Cup tie because they need to retain a red zone to keep the players safe.
This week will see the return to full capacity stadiums but there will be precautions in place to ensure the safety of the players and coaching staff. As a result, no away allocation will be forthcoming for the Jambos.
🎟 Celtic have confirmed that no tickets will be issued to away supporters this Sunday.
This is due to the need for sections of the stadium to remain sterile in order to maintain a Red Zone, resulting in affected home supporters being moved to other areas of the ground. pic.twitter.com/B7NtzAspjd

Away fans have returned to Scottish football already at other grounds and it’s something Celtic will have to look at going forward. Right now, the Hoops seem more concerned with getting their own fans into the ground – and rightly so.
Celtic will take on Hearts this Sunday hoping to gain a measure of revenge against the Edinburgh side after the bhoys were beat at Tynecastle on the opening day of the season.
Ange Postecoglou has added to his squad and players are more settled already than they were two weeks ago.
