‘He Got Away With it’ – Bitter Kenny Miller Floats Callum McGregor Conspiracy Theory

Kenny Miller was smarting on Clyde SSB on Easter Monday as he put a brave front up after watching his favourite club lose yet again to Celtic.

The former Scotland striker refused to make the derby tie the game of the weekend and instead credited St Mirren with the biggest result. He tried his best throughout to credit Celtic, but it was getting harder as the show continued.

When Miller got into a debate with a Celtic fan over bookings, perhaps Ben Davies should have seen a card for his elbow on Kyogo. Miller lamented Callum McGregor not getting a yellow card earlier in the game against Todd Cantwell, trying to make the point that he would have been sent off once he shoved Raskin.

“I would actually suggest Callum McGregor dodged a bullet early,” Miller said on SSB

The host, Gordon Duncan, had to point out to Kenny that had Callum been given a yellow card at the time, and there was no way the Celtic star would have gone in on Raskin as he did for the yellow he ultimately got.

We only heard moon howlers online floating the McGregor being sent off theory until Kenny brought it into focus. The Celtic fan speaking on the phone had clearly gotten to him. To suggest he didn’t get booked because he was the captain of Celtic is quite an astonishing thing to say from an ex-professional and just a tiny bit pathetic.
