However, the Green Brigade contests these accusations, asserting that their ban is a direct result of their political expressions, specifically their support for Palestine. The situation raises concerns about the fairness of charging supporters for matches they are forbidden to attend, a matter which the club needs to address. A consensus among the wider supporter base suggests a desire for dialogue between the Green Brigade and the club to resolve these issues promptly.
As Celtic prepares to face Atlético Madrid in Spain on Tuesday, the Green Brigade will not receive any ticket allocation. Similarly, there is no indication that they will be permitted in the stands for the upcoming weekend match against Aberdeen.
