The Green Brigade have turned up the heat ahead of Sunday’s Glasgow Derby, posting new images on their North Curve social media page on the eve of the fixture.
The photos show spray-painted trains marked in blue and green with the message: “This is our city, these are your colours.” The move comes as the rivalry between the two fan groups intensifies in the lead-up to the match at Celtic Park.
What makes the post even more pointed is the suggestion that the spray paints used may have originally belonged to Rangers ultras, the Union Bears. Months ago, images circulated showing the Green Brigade had got their hands on a sizeable haul of Union Bears’ clobber and gear.

The photos clearly showed banners, flags, and other materials laid out after the group managed to acquire them. It now appears they may have also taken a stash of spray paints, which have been put to use in this latest stunt.
With 2,400 Rangers fans set to return to Celtic Park for the first time in almost seven years, and Celtic sitting 16 points clear at the top of the table, Sunday’s derby already promised to be a fiery affair.
The Green Brigade may have been denied their traditional tifo display by the club board, but they are still making their presence known in the build-up to one of the biggest fixtures of the season.
Sunday can’t come soon enough.
