If there was any buzz or feel good factor permeating through some of the Celtic support on Thursday after the appointment of Ange Postecoglou, the Green brigade have brought us back down to earth.
In the lead up to Celtic appointing a new manager, they displayed various banners with censor signs over Dermot Desmond, Peter Lawwell and surprisingly Dominic McKay. The group then turned their attention to the board.
They have kept their heat up on the Celtic board this morning by displaying all the boards faces with a tag line – ‘a board like no other’. The social media tweet claiming the board is unfit for purpose.

Some of Celtic’s serving board have been in place for over 15 years. It’s very unusual for this to happen and it breeds complacency. There’s a strong argument for the board being freshened up. Celtic have been described as an analogue club in a digital age and it’s not far off the truth.
We have a fantastic brand and forward thinkers can get the best out of the club. Dominic McKay talks about modernisation, he knows what we all know, the club have been paralysed by a board resting on their laurels that’s spread to every department of the club.
