Like many Celtic fans, a lot of Celtic players still keep in touch with what Patrick Roberts is up to and a string of Celtic stars have wished him all the best with his new adventure.

Roberts re-signed for Manchester City on Thursday evening before being loaned straight out to Norwich for the season where the midfielder will get to play Premier League football.

On the Celtic end of things, it’s good that he has made the move early so there’s no talk of a Parkhead return going on throughout the summer. The club will be destined to be linked with the Englishman throughout his career but it looks unlikely he’ll ever pull on the Celtic jersey in a competitive capacity ever again.

Celtic quartet Scott Bain, Kieran Tierney, Nir Bitton and Calvin Miller all wished the best to Paddy as he starts his new adventure.

He will join former bhoy Teemu Pukki at Carrow road, a man transformed in the last 12 months.
