GIORGOS GIAKOUMAKIS started as a substitute for Celtic at Hampden for their league cup semi–final match against Kilmarnock.
He was able to get on the pitch towards the end of the match, replacing Kyogo, who looked very lively throughout the match but failed to get on the scoresheet.
The Greek was doing his best to get into the game, coming deeper to get a touch of the ball. Finally, he managed to get the perfect goodbye. He picked up a loose ball and made no mistake and struck the ball into the net.
You could tell he was loving it with his celebration.
His name was chanted out by the fans, who recognised that the match could be his last in Celtic colours, with rumours suggesting he could be heading for the exit with a medical pending.
