Celtic have now all but won the league; if The Rangers slip up against Dundee United on Sunday, Celtic will be crowned champions. If Van Bronkhorst’s side does take the three points, a point on Wednesday at Tannadice will win Celtic the league.
Giakoumakis’ confidence was supposed to give the Ibrox side the motivation to win the league, but it didn’t.
