ANGE POSTECOGLOU has confirmed that Celtic are getting close to making another summer addition. The manager responded to the question and was open on the situation with the player after Celtic defeated Hearts 2-0.
When asked by Sky Sports if the deal to bring Sead Haksabanovic was getting close, Ange smiled and stated;
“That’s a fair assessment, getting close.”
It can only be good if Ange is speaking publicly about the player, meaning nearly all is complete, with a fee to be agreed with Rubin Kazan.
Postecoglou is building a super squad at Celtic, with plenty of options in the attacking third of the pitch. Sead looks to be a player oozing quality and will definitely improve the Celtic squad.
The player can play on the wings, behind the striker and as a number nine. His versatility will come in handy this season, especially with the amount of games Celtic are set to play, with two games a week near enough weekly.
